No way was I doing front squats after yesterday thats just evil mike!
I messed up I only did 10 burpess each round this pisses me off cause I knew I was making good time.
10 deadlifts at 225lbs
10 burpees

My hands were on fire it was painful to even grab the bar but crossfit is just a bunch of pullups so I pulled through…no pun intended I swear.

Running intervals: 20 seconds hard/30 seconds recovery, duration of 10 minutes.
Then: 1 mile recovery run
